Public Defenders has three seasons to its credit, two in France and one in Belgium. Lawyers or judges, the camera takes us closer to these women who walk the floors of prisons and courts every day, in the urgency of the interventions as public defenders and immediate trials. By giving them a voice, it brings to light professions that are often chosen out of conviction to defend values such as inclusion, equality, mutual aid or openness to others, while using all the resources of justice.
Broadcast on France TV Slash and then Youtube or Snapchat in Belgium, the series is a success and shows the backstage of a discreet world, often fantasized or romanticized.
