The physical exhibition "Real body / Virtual body" has been transposed into a virtual world, due to the COVID crisis. The Recto VRso team has experimented another way to show the scenography and the works planned for the Art&VR Gallery of the 2020 edition: an interactive and immersive virtual exhibition of the Art&VR Gallery of the Recto VRso 2020 Festival.
The exhibition was to be located in the magnificent 17th century chapel of the Lycée Ambroise Paré in Laval (FR).
This space was modeled in 3D and the selected works were adapted in order to exhibit the purpose.The Recto VRso team interpreted each work in the virtual space from certain data provided by the artists, while simulating the elements of scenography imagined.
This virtual adaptation opens a research axis around the exhibition of immersive and interactive works in virtual spaces.
