Occitanie films aims to promote cinema and audiovisual media in the Occitanie region. It hosts film shootings with the film commission, supports the development of the professional sector, introduces all the diversity of motion pictures through various actions of film programmes and coordinates cinema and audiovisual media education.
The agency receives financial support from the Occitanie Region, the Regional Directorate of Occitanie Cultural Affairs (Ministry of Culture) and the City of Montpellier.
