An "escape game" does it ring a bell ?
One that is about the environement ?
With their awkward but moving teatcher's leadership, a group of high school students take up the challenge to build their dream escape game. They understand very well that the planet's future is taking place right now.
There is a gap between the student’s ambitions and their teachers’ one.
The first ones, of whom Alexandre and Maxence, are very concerned about the environment while the second ones are prioritizing high school results. In a word : get your degree before anything else.
Yet, the planet’s future is at stake. Can Alexandre and Maxence accept half-heartedness when it comes to the environment? On a high school’s scale, the audience concretely discovers how these issues go through society.
This year, students have a ton of work : they have to build an environment based escape game and bird’s trough. Enora tries to convince her teachers and classmates that her hydraulic system works while Maxence put a great effort into taking a picture of a oriole, a very rare bird, against all odds.
Meanwhile, the audience discovers the student’s state of mind regarding environmental issues : “Humanity is the only specie who has to be educated on how to take care of the rest. Like we don’t have to tell other species “don’t slaughter other species” ! They won’t do it. But men, we must teach them that and we must repeat it “don’t do that”. So, that’s why it’s important to have this kind of projects, to raise awareness.”
