An immersive journey plunges visitors into the heart of Pompeii, from the time of its splendor to the tragedy of its destruction, through high-definition video mapping projections, sound creations and 3D reconstructions of streets and dwellings. Combining technology and archaeology, the exhibition tells the fascinating story of this city and the discoveries made possible by the excavations carried out in every era, right up to the present day.

Featuring the most recent archaeological treasures and discoveries, this is a new kind of experience to be discovered at the Grand Palais, showing Pompeii in all its many guises.
