"We envisioned this mini-series as a project with a strong social impact: through Baltringue, and with humor, we address issues such as self-confidence, mental health, aggression, and workplace harassment to raise awareness on these themes," emphasizes Cordelia Flourens, producer at Make Change Productions.
To amplify the impact of the series, the team also released the guide "How Not to Be a Baltringue?", aimed at its audience, along with a series of testimonials, because deep down, we're all a bit of a baltringue.
Baltringue tackles issues, including sexual harassment in the workplace. On set, a specialist consultant on this issue was hired to sensitize the teams before shooting a nude scene with an actor.
The technical team of the series consists exclusively of young women in key positions. The poster is also signed by Penelope Bagieu, and we had the pleasure of collaborating, notably with Flore Benguigui from the successful group L'Imperatrice for the series' opening credits.
