Through an evolutionary and modular system, BLIIIDA makes it possible to sow, develop and support ideas. The third place offers everyone the possibility of designing and carrying out their initiatives, by promoting the pooling of resources, by provoking the meeting and the exchange of knowledge and skills.
A veritable cultural toolbox of the territory, the third place in Metz deploys its infrastructures and its pool of transversal skills to shake up and accelerate the creative process.
BLIIIDA is:
- 80 resident structures (audiovisual, visual art, video games, design, scenography, arts and crafts, startups, etc.)

- 50 events / year (music festival, exhibitions, performances, game jam, fairs, seminars, workshops, screenings, etc.)

- 2 incubators dedicated to startups (The Pool) and cultural and artistic players (Fluxus)

BLIIIDA supports projects and offers shared services of physical and financial resources to encourage the emergence of new works created in the digital environment. Historical partner of the Metz Constellations Festival, BLIIIDA is committed to promoting local and national digital artistic creation.
