Christophe Galati is a French video game designer who started making games in 2007 at the age of 12. The name Deneos appears for the first time in his RPG Maker projects, for which he creates an amateur team with composers and graphic designers encountered on the Internet.
After studying Game Design & Programming in Paris at Isart Digital, he made himself known with his first indie game Save me Mr Tako, which was developped between 2014-2018. It's with this game that he made his first step in Japan when he showcased the game at Tokyo Game Show. The game was released on PC and Nintendo.
In 2019, he became the first game creator to be selected in a french artist residency, by becoming laureate of Villa Kujoyama. It's in Kyoto that he began developping his second title, Tako no Himitsu, the spiritual sequel of the first one where he continue his goal of paying homage to classical era of gaming history, use their codes and aesthetic to tell more modern and personal stories.
In 2023, he reunited a team arround the game and created his game company, Deneos, to raise funds to develop the game. He publish a demo of Tako no Himitsu and did a successful crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter.
In the meantime, he developped Wednesdays, a game dealing with the subject of incest, which is very important to him.
