Graduated with a master's degree in communication and book trades, Colombine Depaire is specialized in training, to transmit her experience acquired in publishing and in libraries. After a VIA at the New York book office and an experience as a cultural attaché at the SCAC of the French Embassy in Belgium, she remains attentive to the issues of promoting French culture throughout the world. She has also led several projects to promote French-speaking literature internationally, in particular the Machines à Bulles digital comics exhibition for the Institut français (presented in 54 countries in 2020-21), the Franco-Belgian festival French Comics Framed in the United States (2018) or the Panorama exhibition of Belgian publishers of children’s books for WBI in 2019. Whether it concerns the creation of exhibitions, festivals, or educational programs, she helps her clients to build strategy for expanding new audiences.
