Gwendaline Bachini created Tactim, her first interactive installation in 2008 in Berlin.
She teams up with researchers at INRIA (Grenoble) and 4D View Solutions in order to realize a cycle of creations titled ANIMO.

With her latest creation, the artist start a new approach of moving bodys with experiences specially done for dance in virtual and augmented reality. ANIMO XR (BIFACE), was awarded at Stereopsia, World immersion forum (Brussells 2019).
After a foray into the world of video games with her VR project L'ÉTOILE DES CIMES, produced by UMANIMATION and LACRI, she was invited by researchers from the Hubert Curien Laboratory (CNRS Saint-Étienne) to take part in the creation of an AI specialized in dance. This AI is designed to animate eco-responsible volumetric captures as part of the European project PREMIERE.EU – Performing Art in a New Era. From this collaboration emerged the project SPIRITUS MUNDI (2025_...), which is currently in development.
