Juliette Bibasse started her career in digital art in 2009 at SAT in Montreal as a project manager, she developed then a network in Canada and Quebec. Between 2010 and 2016, she worked as an artist’s producer, collaborating on a wide range of projects : from international digital art festivals to interactive stage design at SXSW or installations for Milan Fashion Week ; to the JayZ x Joanie Lemercier collaboration for Barneys NYC’s holiday windows. She coordinated small scale projects as well as larger team over several months. She represented several international artists for their existing projects as well as new creations. She is now the head of Studio Joanie Lemercier.
Since 2016, she has been working as an independent curator for several festivals and cultural institutions, in 2019 & 2020, as international curator for STRP festival in Eindhoven. Since 2020 she is curating a new light parcours for the city of Leuven in Belgium. Based in Belgium since 2013, she has been an active member of The Federation Wallonia-Brussels’ digital arts scene. In 2019 she co-founded SALOON Brussels, an international network for women working in the art scenes.
