In botany, the rhizome is the underground stem filled with food reserve for the plant, the rhizome spreads horizontally – both underground and above ground – creating a multiple network and links to other sources to better flourish. The Rhizom company adopts this philosophy: each member is an element that connects with another member to flourish in artistic creation. The founding members are Gérald Groult, visual artist, video-maker and technical director of the show, and Julie Senegas, actress, stage director and set designer. 
Rhizom, it is first of all encounters with other artists, unions between different techniques, different visions, to question the living world, share poetic moments, question the human.

The company develops parallel to its creations, an artistic mediation activity by offering different workshops of practice in connection with their creations, and encounters between artists and public.
