Breathe is a multi-sensory experience designed by Diego Galafassi where four users move around a shared space while visualising their breathing dynamics, thus creating a strong bond both with each other and with the surrounding environment. This innovative interactive experience was presented at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival.

Equipped with Magic Leap VR sets and biometric sensors, participants are encouraged to focus their awareness on their breathing. First individually, then progressively connecting with the other participants, they will eventually sync their breathing to alter the shapes, colours and trajectories of the images generated by their breathing patterns. The device is also connected to atmospheric data gathered within the environment, which also influences the images seen by the participants.
