Moebia is an anticipation graphic novel co-produced with an artificial intelligence.
The novel tells the story of a small group of alien life forms that land on a wasteland a few millennia after our era.
Artificial intelligence was used to generate the images that serve as illustrations for the text written by the members of the studio by following a feedback process. A visual-textual project that attempts to think about the disappearance of man in a context of worrying and apocalyptic climatic projections.

In a context of worrying and apocalyptic climate projections, human disappearance has become a proliferating media object but also a prominent conceptual tool as suggested by the emergence of collapsology.
With this graphic novel of anticipation, the studio u2p050 intends to produce a visual-textual project that not only "illustrates" but also thinks and imagines a post-disappearance scenario of the human on earth.
The creative process unfolded in the following manner. First, we wrote the story. The texts of the story then allowed us to generate images thanks to artificial intelligence. The technique is called text to pix: an algorithm searches collections of images to generate new ones according to the words inserted at the beginning. Here: the text of the news.
The imaginary worlds of Moebius being a great source of infuence, the presence of his images among the collections of images searched by the alogrithm was crucial.
This book is in the tradition of photo novels, a narrative genre close to the comic strip, in which a succession of photographs, usually accompanied by texts, lead the narrative. These objects have gradually fallen into oblivion despite their popularity between the 1920s, until the appearance of television in the home. This project intends to update this forgotten media form by bringing the artificial imagination into the scene...
