The interpreters, "a team of professional and committed mediators" take care of the newly deceased "passengers" to help them in their process of introspection and acceptance of their death.

Beforehand, 10 passengers, registered or not, wait in the waiting area and fill in their FIRM, individual census form.

For about 30 minutes, they are helped to understand what is happening to them: Accepting the unknown, reexamining life and death together, becoming aware of the right to oblivion, answering the SQDA, Qualitative Antecedent Survey, or recording their introspective testimony or carrying out reinforced introspection...

These steps are essential for the passenger: he/she must receive his/her Suite Certificate before leaving for the Grand Suite, in other words, the end of the experience.

Immersion begins as soon as you make your reservation: When you register, you will receive a confirmation email from CEPM n°7 inviting you to fill out the FIRM, Individual Census Form (follow the instructions) on the CEPM internet platform.

When you arrive, you become a "passenger". The experience is collective but you are likely to make an individual verification. Your experience is done through new digital tools:

The data that you have filled in appear in an application created and managed by the staging, it is the interface of the mediators.

It allows you to automatically generate wristbands for passengers, to access statistics and some elements allowing you to customize the performance.
