I studied Digital Arts and Cultural Mediation at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tournai, Belgium, between 2007 and 2012. Passionate about cinema, visual arts and animated images, I developed an interest in storytelling, different audiovisual languages, interaction, as well as the creation of creative workshops.
In Belgium, I met very creative people. The discovery of their rather raw relationship to visual creation and animation raised questions for me about how to put my ideas into motion and how to disseminate them.
So I try to link the plastic and virtual creation to make live spaces, atmospheres, or stories. Adept of short stories, I try to link plastic and virtual creation. I often work in layers by cumulating the processes, the virtual often overlap with the real. I particularly appreciate the compositing phase: assembling elements from various sources to set up improbable but coherent universes.
I question the visual and sound memory by proposing strange interpretations of our personal and common archives. The result of this work can take different forms: film, mapping-video, installation or augmented reality experiences.
