Women in Games France is a professional association working to promote gender equality in the video game industry in France. Our goal is to double the number of women and non-binary people in the industry within 10 years. The association takes action through 3 main axes:
- Making people of marginalized gender (women, non-binary and transgender people) more visible and highlighting inspiring role models
- Raising awareness and training industry players in inclusion and equality
- Facilitating professional development through training and networking
The association, created in 2017 and open to all, has over 3,000 members and carries out actions across France. It is independent and supported by trade unions and video game clusters.
