A programming offer ready-to-use, for the cultural network and its partners
The Institut français offers the French cultural network abroad ready-to-use programming options. Through "Binge", it encourages the cultural network to host in situ events within the venues of the French cultural network or those of their partners, showcasing French short and digital series, from November 2023 to October 2024, and to participate in a special "short series" edition of IFcinéma à la carte, its online cinema page, in December 2023. The Institut français acquired the international non-commercial distribution rights for these creations.

Putting the spotlight on mobile creation with Unlock
Cellphones have become integral parts of our daily lives, fostering the emergence of new artistic content. In order to promote these new formats and cultural consumption models, and to provide support to the creative sector, the Institut français has curated a catalog of French digital creations specifically designed for mobile devices. "Unlock" brings together twenty artworks in different formats: Augmented Reality experiences, mobile video games, web series, webtoons, podcasts and innovative reading experiences.

France benefits from a strong international recognition in the field of virtual reality. French productions are often selected and awarded in festivals across the world. The Institut français invites the French cultural network abroad to present the creativity and diversity of French works internationally, thanks to "La Sélection VR", a catalog which includes over thirty VR works of reference.
Exhibition : Escape, digital generations
The Institut français is presenting the French cultural network abroad and its partners with a new exhibition focused on the key contemporary issues of the digital world. Following the success of a similar initiative over the past two years, Escape, digital generations offers an educational and engaging exploration of digital cultures, featuring around twenty creations that combine digital art, video games, and virtual reality experiences.
This exhibition will be available for circulation in the cultural network's institutions and those of their partners starting in November 2024 for a period of two years. It includes a variety of workshop suggestions and mediation guidelines suitable for all audiences.
La Collection
La Collection is a new platform exclusively for members of the French cultural network abroad. Its goal is to offer a flexible and easily distributable selection of French cultural content to enrich programming and expand collaboration with partners.
