A group of high school students in a theater class have a substitute teacher for a month. As the students recite Shakespeare while keeping their distance, the teacher abruptly ends the rehearsal. In the midst of an age where people often move forward while masked, looking too high or with heads too low, the question of intimacy is thrust upon them.
